The real stars of the menu, however, are the sumptuous dishes crafted with love and care. If you’re looking for something heartwarming, the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is a must-try, with its broth simmered for 48 hours to achieve deep, rich flavors. Customers rave about this dish, reinforcing its status as a highlight of the menu. As one satisfied diner, Cal L., describes, "We love all the food, and one dish stood out... the spicy beef noodle soup."

For a meal that speaks comfort, try the Marinated Chicken Leg with Rice or the delightful Pork Belly Gua Bao that melts in your mouth. Each dish is generously portioned, ensuring you leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face. The kids will also find a treat with the Kids Meal offering a delightful mix of rice, minced pork, egg, tofu, veggies, and a drink, making it an easy choice for families.

While the food is undoubtedly the highlight, customers have noted that service can be a bit hit-or-miss. Many appreciate the willingness of the staff to accommodate dietary requests—making adjustments to dishes where possible. Frequent visitor Lexie He muses, "I make it a point to visit Taipei Station Cafe every time I'm in town... and it's always a rewarding experience."

Though some have found the dining experience needing slight improvements, such as the use of plastic containers and utensils, the overwhelming satisfaction with the food itself continues to draw customers back. As Joshua Ding aptly puts it, "Good and tasty food but not cheap... if you can overlook all that, the food taste is pretty good." And indeed, the flavors that grace your palate will make any minor inconveniences worthwhile.

So, whether you're a local looking for a new favorite, or a traveler craving a taste of home, Taipei Station Cafe stands ready to deliver. With an enticing variety of dishes that capture the essence of Taiwan, this cafe is more than just a restaurant; it’s a flavorful adventure waiting to unfold.

I enjoyed their fried taro dish! While the vegan options are quite limited, they are always willing to make adjustments to the order to accommodate different requests! I settle for a tofu dish with a bento-style rice dish with a few sides. Pair your order with a passion fruit green tea and you know your day will be alright!

AMAZING!! I’ve been looking for authentic Taiwanese cuisine (being Taiwanese myself) and found this place. We had their oyster pancake, pork belly gua bao, and popcorn chicken. Their portion sizes were huge and the food was PHENOMENAL. It is super worth it to come here, a must have.

I frequently travel to Taiwan for business and love the food there, especially the spicy beef noodle soup. I gave Taipei Station Cafe a try and it did not disappoint. We love all the food and one dish stood out was the spicy beef noodle soup. The owner told us that they simmer the broth for 2 days. Service was great and we will definitely come back soon.

I make it a point to visit Taipei Station Cafe every time I'm in town since my first visit 8 yrs ago, and it's always a rewarding experience. If you're in Dallas and craving authentic Taiwanese flavors, Taipei Station Café is a hidden gem you absolutely can't miss. It's a family-owned small restaurant where everything is made to order, ensuring fresh and flavorful dishes every time. The owner is very friendly, always making you feel welcome. The standout dish for me is their beef noodles – hands down the best in town. The broth is rich and savory, the texture of the chewy noodles is just perfect plus generous portion of perfectly cooked tender beef. Another favorite of mine is the Taiwanese chicken roll. The crispy exterior gives way to juicy, flavorful chicken, making each bite incredibly satisfying. It's the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness, and it's always a highlight of my meal. This place doesn't have a fancy environment, but I was never disappointed with anything I ordered, you can certainly feel that the food was made with care and passion. Highly recommended!

November 2024 Good and tasty food but not cheap. Food was served on plastic container and eat with plastic ware. Not much of service and the restroom needs attention. If you can overlook all that, the food taste is pretty good. The size of the pork chop is pretty huge. I will not come as often due to the pricing.

I visited here with my family because I really like and miss Taiwanese food. Ji (fried chicken) steak with rice was really delicious!! Highly recommend Spicy Popcorn Chicken was also good! Stir-fried rice noodles were fine. I like they put the food in the to-go plastic containers so that you can take it back home if you can't finish it. Most dish comes with grounded pork, one side dish, and a big portion of rice. It was worth trying their dishes!

Wife and I are in Dallas for the week and I had the urge for a quick Taiwanese food. This place satisfied the urge. I had the beef/tendon noodle soup and my wife had the pig feet bento set. Both were excellent. Next time I will try the fried pork chop and the fried chicken bento set
